RONA WAS THE PERSONIFICATION OF CONSIDERATION AND I FELT I HAD EVERY POSSIBLE PIECE OF INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO MY WELL BEING AND RECOVERY. ON MY FOLLOW UP VISIT, I SHARED A WORRY REGARDING A REACTION I WAS EXPERIENCING THAT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND, AND RONA'S RESPONSE WAS EXHAUSTIVE, AND PUT MY MIND AT REST. I AM NOW HAVEING EXPLORATORY BASIC BLOOD TESTING TO UNCOVER FURTHER INFORMATION THAT MAY ASSIST ME WITH MY BODY 'REACTION' I FEEL TOTALLY ACCOMODATED, AND INFORMED.

My usual (excellent) doctor was not available and I was seen by Dr Davies at short notice. She was intelligent, empathic and efficient. She examined me carefully and fully discussed my symptoms with me and we discussed next steps. Her advice was clear and (with the benefit of hindsight) accurate. Although th Montpelier surgery is a busy practice, it is usually possible to get an appointment to see a doctor at short notice.

Took time to listen to my symptoms and was very empathetic. Arranged necessary tests quickly so came to an early diagnosis. Speedy referral to specialist ensured that I have now had all the necessary surgery and medication and am well on the road to recovery. I feel sure that I may not have had such prompt and efficient service had I been with another doctor. I felt I was a person, not a number and Dr Davies was very kind. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Always good suggestions from Dr Rona Davies who really does take the time to listen to you and offer advice, or suggest alternatives when needed. I feel she always has a very personal approach which is much appreciated.

I find Dr. Davies is a wonderful doctor, in fact the best I have come across in my 60 years of being an NHS patient. She always listens very attentively and has a very kind and patient manner. I have been attending this surgery which is very well run and very efficient, for the last 3 years and I have absolute confidence in Dr. Davies. She is very thorough and will explore all avenues to obtain the very best care for her patients. I can't recommend her highly enough.She has been treating me for a number of different medical problems and I always find her very helpful and reassuring.
